What you write is stored encrypted. And for the things you'd never put in a notes app, vault lists go one step further.
End-to-end encrypted
Vaults not even we can open.
A vault list is sealed on your device before it ever reaches us. The key is held by you and by the people you invite — never by our servers. We store the vault; we can't read it.

Every list, encrypted at rest
List, item and group names are encrypted before they're stored. A database dump reads as noise.
A PIN on the lists that need one
Mark a list as protected and it asks for your 6-digit PIN — every time the app comes back up, on any device.
Being straight about it: dates, counters and who's in a list stay readable to us. It's the names and vault contents that are sealed.
